Question 2

How do Idol Battles work?

Accepted Answer

In the Arena, two celebrities face off in a timed showdown. Fans can vote, debate, and pledge their support to swing the momentum. The winner gains significant clout, while the loser might face a drop in their rankings. Battles are the fastest way to prove which fandom is the strongest.

Question 3

What is 'Clout'?

Accepted Answer

Clout is the ultimate currency of fame on FameLedger. It determines a celebrity's rank on the Leaderboard. Clout is earned through positive news coverage, winning Arena battles, and sustained fan engagement. Negative news or losing battles can cause a celebrity's clout to decay.

Question 4

How does the Leaderboard ranking system work?

Accepted Answer

The Leaderboard is a dynamic, real-time ranking of the most talked-about and powerful figures in entertainment. Rankings are strictly determined by total Clout Score, which algorithmically combines article impact, fandom increases, battle wins, and time-decay factors.

Question 5

Can I submit news or start a battle?

Accepted Answer

Currently, major news and battles are curated by the FameLedger editorial team to ensure high-quality, high-stakes matchups. However, top-tier fans (Legends) may earn the ability to influence or propose upcoming battles.

Question 6

Is there a mobile app?

Accepted Answer

FameLedger is built as a highly optimized Progressive Web App (PWA). You can install it directly to your mobile device's home screen for a fast, app-like experience without needing to go through an app store.
