Asin Thottumkal, the "Queen of Kollywood," is a celebrated Indian actress who dominated the South Indian film scene in the 2000s. Born on October 26, 1985, in Kochi, Kerala, Asin began her acting career at just 15 in the Malayalam film Narendran Makan Jayakanthan Vaka. She quickly rose to fame with her breakthrough Telugu film Amma Nanna O Tamila Ammayi in 2003, earning a Filmfare Award for Best Actress – Telugu.
